About our training and events

We provide a range of unique events for professionals working with women including training courses, seminars, workshops and conferences.

We aim to provide professionals with a practical understanding of the legal rights and remedies available to the women they work with. In this way we can pass on more knowledge and information to the women who need it.

Our courses are unique, practical and interactive; a mix of presentations, case studies and activities, to accommodate different learning styles. A full course pack, including practical support materials, will be provided for each participant to ensure you get the most out of the training and enhance your knowledge and skills. Our specialist trainers aim to make complex areas of the law clear, accessible and user-friendly.

"

I love attending Rights of Women training as they are always so informative – in a way that I understand – no jargon! Even the complexities of law are delivered in a way that everyone can understand.

Our trainers are experienced and specialist women solicitors or barristers with expertise in family, criminal, immigration and asylum and employment law.

Our trainers author our legal guides for survivors, advise on our free legal advice lines and work on policy and legal reform to campaign on improving women’s rights.
