Sexual harassment at work handbook

This handbook provides information and support to women survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace. It sets out the relevant law and explains the different stages of the legal process.

This handbook has been written in three parts to provide information and support to women survivors of sexual harassment in the workplace. It has been designed to help you understand your legal rights so you can recognise sexual harassment in the workplace and make informed choices about reporting and challenging it alongside understanding what support is available. See also our other legal guides on sexual harassment in the workplace, including our guide to discrimination law legal aid and Guidance on sexual harassment in the workplace and COVID-19. You can also contact our free confidential legal advice line.
