Webinar covering recent changes to the rules on non-court dispute resolution in family cases for survivors of domestic abuse.
This interactive webinar is for non-legal professionals supporting survivors of domestic abuse involved in family law disputes. Recently, the rules were changed to try to increase the use of mediation and other ways of resolving disputes outside of court (non-court dispute resolution). This webinar will provide an overview of the rules and consider the implications for survivors of domestic abuse.

Who should attend?
It is open to all professionals working in London boroughs on violence against women and girls issues from the community, voluntary and statutory sectors including refuge workers, IDVAs, ISVAs, social workers, housing officers, police officers, education professionals and health professionals. It is also open to Commissioners and Local Authority Officers responsible for commissioning violence against women services.
