Protective Orders in the Family Court – £55 Ticketed Session

Date: 15 January 2026

Time: 14:00–16:00

Format: Online via Zoom

About the Course

This paid session (£55) has been designed by Rights of Women’s specialist lawyers to provide an introductory overview or refresher of key protective orders in the family courts: non-molestation orders, occupation orders, and domestic abuse protection orders (DAPOs), including enforcement of all three types.

Tailored to the needs of non-legal professionals supporting survivors of domestic abuse, this session is relevant, interactive and provides plenty of space to ask questions.

Learners will leave knowing:

  • The essentials to consider when applying for each type of order

  • Differences between types of orders available

  • Why DAPO pilots matter, where they are happening, and who they affect

There will also be helpful, practical tips to prepare for hearings and how to get the best outcome possible.
