We offer free and confidential legal advice to women in London on domestic and sexual violence, relationship breakdown and family and criminal law options.

Free training and events for professionals

We offer free training to professionals from the voluntary and statutory sectors in London to improve their understanding of the law and legal options of women affected by violence.

We've launched a new free and confidential online criminal law advice service for women in England and Wales called FLOWS Answers. You can write to us using the online tool and a lawyer from the Rights of Women team will email you with a response to your question within 2 weeks.

Family Court: IDVA/ISVA attendance & keeping refuge addresses confidential

This training focuses on the interaction between domestic abuse services and the Family Court.
Status under the EU Settlement Scheme

This 2.5-hour online training course addresses status under the EU Settlement Scheme, including how to establish whether someone has status under the EU Settlement Scheme or whether someone has an application pending under the EU Settlement Scheme and how to access and evidence status under the EU Settlement Scheme once granted.

Domestic Violence Injunctions

It is estimated that domestic violence (also called ‘domestic abuse’) affects one in four women in the UK. If you are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence, there are a number of ways the law can protect you.
