This 1- hour session offers a mini-training, Q&A and peer discussion on the criminal law elements of the Domestic Abuse Act.

Suggested topics include the definition of domestic abuse, the extension to the scope of coercive and controlling behaviour, special measures and DAPNs/DAPOs.
