This 2.5-hour online training course addresses status under the EU Settlement Scheme, including how to establish whether someone has status under the EU Settlement Scheme or whether someone has an application pending under the EU Settlement Scheme and how to access and evidence status under the EU Settlement Scheme once granted.

 

In this course, you will learn about:

who may have status under the EU Settlement Scheme

how to check whether someone has status under the EU Settlement Scheme

how to establish whether someone has a pending application under the EU Settlement Scheme

how to support people with pending applications under the EU Settlement Scheme

how to access and use status under the EU Settlement Scheme

how to apply for a new Biometric Residence Card to reflect EU Settlement Scheme status

how to link a document to online status or otherwise change personal details connected to online status and

where to signpost or refer victims of domestic violence who need help with the EU Settlement Scheme

 

Who should attend? This course is open to non-legal professionals working in England & Wales on violence against women and girls (VAWG) issues from the community, voluntary and statutory sectors including refuge workers, outreach workers, IDVAs and ISVAs. Professionals who attend must be providing or likely to provide free support to women who are EU citizens or their family members and who have been affected by VAWG.

 

If you attended earlier this year, there is no need to attend again.
